Working principle:

 

Sawdust machine use a knife cutting and high-speed airflow impact, collision double crushing functions as whole, and at the same time can complete micro material sorting process. In the blade cutting grinding process, rotor produces high-speed airflow, with the blade cutting direction of rotation, the material in the flow acceleration, and repeated impact make the material at the same time get double crushing, accelerate the material crushing rate.

Used in bamboo, straw, corn stalk, sorghum stalk, straw fiber like material. The machine can also be used for particleboard sawdust, sawdust board high-density material production.
2, the sawdust crusher is mainly composed of cutting device, crushing device and blower component, especially for edible fungus culture medium of wood processing. Wood after cut chip device for cutting wood particle size is small, without drying can be sent to the crushing device further crushed, cwithout drying can be sent to the crushing device for further crushed.
