According to different kinds raw material, honeycomb coal briquette machine has been widely applied in China for over 40 years. It is used to punch coal powder, charcoal powder into coal/charcoal briquettes whose dimension is between 45-300mm, and used in stove for cooking, warming, etc. The final coal briquette are high density,high hardness. Honeycomb coal briquette machine's final coal briquette or charcoal briquettes are widely used in stove for cooking in China.
Honeycomb coal briquette machine is also named as punching press briquette machine, honeycomb charcoal briquette machine, honeycomb carbon powder briquette machine. Normally, honeycomb coal briquette machine's final briquette's shape is big round shape, plum-blossom shape, rectangle shape,cylinder shape,

Coal briquettes' shape: Round shape coal briquette with several holes(Diameter between 140-300mm) Cylinder shape with a hole( diameter 50mm with a 15mm hole is the most popular size) Plum-blossom shape with hole, square shape with several holes( the length are customized), hexagonal shape with a hole, rectangle shape, etc.
Coal briquettes' size: The diameter or length is 45mm-300mm.
Coal briquettes' density: The density of coal briquettes can be adjusted according your demands by changing the upper punching part.
Coal briquettes' burning time: The burning time is about 4-5 hours per small piece.

Coal crusher:
In order to make high density coal briquette, we need to crush coal lump into fine coal powder whose dimension less than 1mm.
 
Coal Mixer:
In oder to improve coal/charcoal briquette's tenacity and hardness, we need to mix fine coal powder/charcoal powder with natural binder evenly.
 
Honeycomb coal briquette machine:
Use honeycomb coal briquette machine to shape fine coal powder into various coal briquettes.
 
Dryer:
As we know, in the process of mix natural binder into coal/charcoal powder, the final coal may contain about 20% water content, so we need to dry up coal briquettes by dryer.
