Introduction:

The working process of the continuous carbonization kiln furnace:

Firstly	If your material is wood briquette, it's convenient to put the wood briquette into the steel basket and use the hoist type to put the steel basket into the inner stove; If your material is woo log, wood branch, bamboo etc, you should make sure your material regular, and then repeat previous methods; If your material is coconut shell, nuts shell etc, you should beat them even, and then put them into the inner stove.

Thirdly	Different kinds of material needs different carbonizing time: 1. For wood briquette, the carbonizing time is about 8hours; 2. For wood log, branch, bamboo, the carbonizing time should be mainly according to the material size and material moisture content. For nuts shell, coconut shell etc, the carbonizing time is also according to the material size and material moisture content.
